Structall Building Systems offers a unique enclosure system that is affordable, easy and quick to install, and has the design flexibility that very few systems can come close to matching. All of our enclosures are designed to fit the exact size and specifications dictated by the architecture of your home. Choose a screen, vinyl or glass room. To fit within your budget, both a 3" and 2" thick system are available. Chaseways can be built directly into the kickplates of our 3" system to run electrical wiring within the wall. Two inch kickplates require flush mount electrical wiring.

The framework is an integral part of any system, and can make the difference in both performance and appearance. All of our extrusions are constructed of a strong aluminum alloy and have a long lasting finish. When joined together, the wall modulars form posts, adding strength to the walls of your enclosure. The base channel, available in both the 2" and 3" system, has a slight slope to move moisture that can develop from changes in temperature and humidity to the outside of your structure.

Our unique window stop system used in the 3" unit, allows windows to be removed easily for cleaning, adapts to virtually any window and recesses the window within the opening. Recessed windows are preferred by most homeowners, because of the beauty they add to the enclosure over the flush mounted system. The 3" female and male mullions hide most fasteners within the internal screw bosses, adding to the overall appearance of your enclosure.

Base Channel Small weep holes are drilled on the outside of the Base Channel. The slight slope in the design of the channel moves moisture to the outside of your enclosure.
Mullion Available in both thermo and non-thermo, the 3" female and male mullions have internal screw bosses that hide most fasteners, protecting them from exposure to water and giving the room a clean look.
Window Stop Recessed windows add to the beauty of any enclosure and are available when using Structall's 3" system. The Front and Back Window Stops slide into the keyway of the 3" Female and Male Mullions. The window attaches to the front window stop and rests against the back stop. Depending on the design of your enclosure, both a 90 degree and ranch style Back Window Stop are available.

ORDERING INFORMATION

Each prefabricated modular wall unit is designed with the contractor in mind, the two basic components being material and speed. Each unit comes already assembled, there is less waste. Choose between 2” and 3” non-thermo and 3” thermo-break. All enclosures are tailored to suit your budget and job requirements, and are available in four distinct series.

Sun-Breeze - Screen rooms can be screened with 18 x 14, 20 x 20 or Sunscreen. A 3'0" x 6'8" Hi-Line 1-1/4" Screen Door can be purchased separately. Vinyl film window enclosures are available with either vertical vinyl 4-track windows or horizontal vinyl sliders. A 4-track vertical vinyl 2" prime entry door can be purchased separately.

Sun-Brite Classic - The most economical way to purchase our glass enclosures is by standard stock elevations. Wall elevations are designed to maximize window opening sizes. All come with Horizontal Glass Sliders with tempered glass. These windows are 60” high and are offered in both single glaze and insulated glass. If using our 2" system choose either the 1-1/4" One-Lite Door in one-lite, oval-etched, v-groove border or v-groove 15-lite or the 2" Prime Entry Door in full-view or full single hung. The 2" Prime Entry Door is also available for our 3" system. In addition we have Sliding Glass Doors in both 5'0" x 6'8" and 6'0" x 6'8".

Sun-Brite Premium - Even if you want to design your own elevation, you may still take advantage of our stock program. Stock module wall units can be purchased individually in seven different widths. All come with Horizontal Glass Sliders with tempered glass. These windows are 60” high and are offered in both single glaze and insulated glass. Sandwiched between the metal skins is a continuous insulated foam interface. This makes the design of the panel extremely energy efficient and provides protection from the sun's heat. Because a continuous wall and roof are formed by the Snap-N-Lock™ insulated panel, it can use all its capacity to support vertical loads, has greater racking resistance and can resist local loads, buckling and bending better than even conventional construction methods.

The tight joint connection is the key to its superior building performance. No additional framing members are required between panels, giving your roof a smooth, clean look. Optional chaseways can be added to roof panels to run electrical wiring and support fans or lighting fixtures.

Skylights can easily be installed to bring more natural lighting into the room. All panels are coated with the highest quality, baked enamel for a beautiful, long-lasting, low maintenance finish. Additional finishes are also available.

The metal skins are machine rolled to form a unique weather-tight joint design that adds strength to the roof and wall units and simply snaps together. Sandwiched between the metal skins is a continuous insulated foam interface. This makes the design of the panel extremely energy efficient. Panels are available 2" to 8" thick, depending on the "R" rating and span one desires. The continuous insulation provided by the panels, in the hot summer months, keeps the heat outside where it belongs. You stay cool and comfortable. Winter heat generated within the home is contained by the insulated panels, thermally broken support components and insulated glass.

Because a continuous wall and roof are formed by the Snap-N-Lock™ Insulated Panel, it can use all its capacity to support vertical loads, has greater racking resistance and can resist local loads, buckling and bending better than even conventional construction methods. These are important characteristics for resisting earthquake and hurricane forces. The internal locking system eliminates the need for additional fastening methods at the joint, giving your room a smooth, clean look.

Snap-N-Lock™ Insulated Panels

• Smooth and level surface both top and bottom. No cavity areas to hold debris as in other patio roof systems.
• The continuous insulated foam interface makes the design of the panel extremely energy efficient. Temperatures underneath the cover are dramatically reduced. Built-in insulation makes converting to a screen or glass enclosure quick and easy.
• The aluminum skins of the Snap-N-Lock™ panel are machine rolled to form a unique, patented locking system that simply snaps together. Sealant is encased between the skins, protecting it from ultraviolet destruction and forming a waterproof seal.
• Foam acts as a thermal break between metal skins at the seam eliminating condensation problems inherent in other systems.
• Several color selections are available with a stucco or cedar embossed baked enamel finish. This aluminum roof system is very low maintenance, only requiring an occasional light pressure wash to rinse off dirt and debris.

3” x 12” Riser Flat Pans

• Underside view is flat with ribs every 2” and is preferred over corrugated systems. Looks very much like tongue and groove planks.
• Both of our mounted gutter systems have less area to clog and are more accessible for cleaning than w-pan gutter. Roll form gutter and valance are available in cedar embossed and smooth finishes. For added strength and durability choose extruded gutter and valance.
• Gutter braces provided standard with each order to support both the extruded and roll form gutters.
• Patio cover can be enclosed and insulation can be retrofitted to unit at the time of construction or later. Adding insulation to other patio systems reduces head room under the cover, produces inconsistent temperatures, and requires bug plugs which constantly pop out of place.
