Tuff-Kote is a dual layer paint finish. A clear, protective finish, modified with a large amount of wax lubricant, is fused to the base coat during the baking cycle.
Color Combinations Available:
*Note on Colors: If the Snap-N-Lock panel is to be used in a roof application, Structall recommends using the metal color options of Sandstone, Adobe, and Bronze as a bottom skin (install DOWN), with White or Ivory as the top skin (install UP). This will reduce the “thermal bow” effect caused by darker colored metal on a stress skin panel exposed to the sun. |

Rigiwall Panels - Square Cut
Weatherability - Excellent resistance to outdoor exposure, aging and yellowing. Same material used in auto grills and mirrors, garden furniture, and outdoor signs.
Durability - Great toughness and rigidity. Will not crack like FRP.
Thermally Stable - Reduced sagging and bowing in high heat conditions.
Scratch Resistant - Color fast through the sheet. Will not show abrasion like aluminum.
Impact Resistant - Will not dent or tear like aluminum.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS: Always use the cleaner according to the manufacturer’s directions. Use a soft, clean cloth to apply the cleaner. Apply the cleaner to the cloth. Clean only a small portion of the surface at one time. After cleaning, rinse off the surface as completely as possible.
For general cleaning the following can be used:

Windex
Spic and Span
Scrubbing Bubble
Fantastik
Simple Green
Pine Sol.
For heavy cleaning, use the following,
but remove immediately after use:
Soft Scrub (may slightly abrade surface)
Bug & Tar Remover

DO NOT USE: Acetone, Goof Off, cleaners containing esters, ethers, ketones, aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons, or Isopropanol (concentrations greater than 25%).
